Impressions of the LR BW Workshop

On 18th February 2016, iFAKT GmbH organized jointly with the LR BW forum on Aerospace Baden-Württemberg e.V. a workshop on „Enhancing the delivery quality of suppliers to the aerospace industry."

The following topics were discussed:

• Learning from the OEM - applications for value stream, process planning, simulation and line balancing
• Digital value stream analysis for optimizing processes in production and development
• Ramp-up planning
• Automatic capacity planning and line balancing for flexible production lines
• Supply chain management: Kanban control and Bull Whip effect
• Engineering resource planning: standardized planning processes and simulation of parallel development Projects

Apart from new impulses, the event offered room exchange of know-how, discussion and networking.
